facilities, and other long-term care facilities. Also
includes a helpful guide focused on how to choose

publishes a free on-line Guide to Affordable Housing
in New Jersey that lists developments, apartments,
or houses affordable to low- and moderate-income families.
Includes accessibility information for disabled persons.

and referral agency across the country. You'll need
a zip code to enter for the search and then, assuming
there is an active 2-1-1 site for the area you need,
